At Amorelle, each piece is crafted with care, intention, and attention to detail. As a small, independent brand, we do not offer refunds at this time.
However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there’s an issue with your order—whether it arrived damaged, defective, or not as described—please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our very best to make it right.
What We Accept:
Exchanges for incorrect or faulty items
Store credit for approved returns on a case-by-case basis
What We Don’t Accept:
Refunds for change of mind
Returns on custom, personalized, or made-to-order pieces
